sdt. email prog. mit attchment

Hallo,
ich da mal ne frage, wie kann ich das standard mail prog. öffnen und
ein attchmend angängen aber noch nicht abschicken(das kann der user selber machen.

mit der shellexecute hab ich es hinbekommen das standard mail prog zu öffnen

shellexecute(handle, PChar('open'), Pchar('mailto:[email protected]?subject=hallo &body=blabla'), nil, nil, sw_normal);

und wie kann ich jetzt das attchment anfügen?

mir ist wichtig das das standard mail prog. geöffnet wird und nicht nur outlook oder nur netscape.
ich weiss ja nicht was beim user installiert ist
