Outlook Adressordner

Hallo Leute,

ich möchte in meiner App alle in Outlook verfügbaren Adressordner auflisten.
Die große Frage ist wie !?

Bisher komme ich nur auf den Std. Ordner mit
OutlookApplication1.GetDefaultFolder.....

Kann mir da jemand helfen ?
Sowas wie GetAdressFolders oder so ?
