Probleme mit RMAN

Hey leute

Ich arbeite heute zum ersten mal mit rman und habe da so meine probleme. ich m�chte einedatenbank aus einem backupfile wiederherstellen. das backup ist incr level 0 (ein online backup).

gibt es irgentwo ein gutes tutorial oder kann mir hier irgentjemand ein paar tipps geben?
