hmmm... explaining RDF seems a rather challenging tasks for me, but the filepicker is something I'm just working at to disemble.
Should actually be no problem, as I'm familiar with these kind of languages (not like you weird C(++) guys

watch out, bryner is redoing the filepicker completely. And it is going to get a new rdf datasource, like a progressivly reading one.
