Postfix - Relay Access Denied

Hallo Ihr,
ich habe mir vor kurzem einen vServer bestellt. Anfangs lief dort Debian 5 + Confixx 3.3
Dort lief auch alles perfekt, nur ich komme mit Debian nicht so gut klar wie unter SuSe... und würde das ding gerne auf SuSe umstricken.
Nun bietet mir mein Provider an, eine "Neuinstallation SuSe 11.1 + Confixx 3.3"
Gesagt getan, das System drauf gepackt.

Nun kann ich allerdings keine Mails mehr empfangen.
Folgendes Problem:
Ich will eine Mail an mich schicken (z.B. von Gmail.com aus) und ich kriege die Antwort

Wenn ich es von meinem PC aus mit Telnet versuche kriege ich den gleichen Fehler, probiere ich es aber indem ich mit ssh auf den vserver gehe und dort mich mit telnet auf den mailserver einlog, geht es. (also telnet -> open 127.0.0.1)

in der access datei stehen nur kommentare drin, sonst nichts

Ich weis echt nicht mehr weiter...
Woran könnte das liegen? Wie löse ich das Problem (außer wieder auf Debian zu gehen )
