Ich suche nach einem "online communication tool"
(eine Profiversion wäre >>MS Share Point Portal Server 2003<<) mit folgenden Möglichkeiten:

1. file up- and download
2. news
3. members
4. groups
5. events (calendar)
6. chat, messages
und extras wie:
- search option

Weiß jemand ob es das als OpenSource oder sonst irgendwo gibt?
